Your Weekly Challenges will be posted on our blog every Monday at 8am EST, and you’ll have until Sunday night to tackle each challenge. As you complete challenges along the way, feel free to comment on our blog, our facebook page, or on twitter to let everyone know about your accomplishment!
Your Trainer Tip of the Day will be posted 7 days a week on the blog, and will be reposted on our facebook page and twitter. Don’t miss out on my exclusive fitness and nutrition tips that will help you achieve your goals faster!
So, here are your first Weekly Challenges:
- Get 25 grams of fiber in your diet each day for 7 days
- Do a total of 200 push-ups (or modified push-ups if you need to) over 7 days
- Add a motivator on DailyBurn
