Feature Preview: Training Plans

One of the big new features that have been keeping the Dailyburn development team busy is called Training Plans. DailyBurn Training Plans are a much more customized and dynamic way to find and schedule your workouts. Training Plans are designed to help you meet your specific goal – whether you want to lose weight, run your first 5k, or increase your max bench press.
