<p>I&#8217;m adding two more ways for you to get pumped and stay motivated: <strong>Weekly Challenges</strong> and <strong>Trainer Tip of the Day.</strong></p>
<p>Your <strong>Weekly Challenges</strong> will be posted on our blog every Monday at 8am EST, and you&#8217;ll have until Sunday night to tackle each challenge. As you complete challenges along the way, feel free to comment on our <a title="DailBurn's Blog" href="http://blog.dailyburn.com">blog</a>, our <a title="DailyBurn's Facebook Page " href="http://www.facebook.com/dailyburn">facebook page</a>, or on <a title="DailyBurn's Twitter Page" href="http://twitter.com/dailyburn">twitter</a> to let everyone know about your accomplishment!</p>
<p>Your <strong>Trainer Tip of the Day</strong> will be posted 7 days a week on the blog, and will be reposted on our facebook page and twitter.  Don&#8217;t miss out on my exclusive fitness and nutrition tips that will help you achieve your goals faster!</p>
<p>So, here are your first <strong>Weekly Challenges</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Get 25 grams of fiber in your diet each day for 7 days</li>
<li>Do a total of 200 push-ups (or modified push-ups if you need to) over 7 days</li>
<li>Add a motivator on DailyBurn</li>
</ul>
