[...] Who else wants to get slim and fit faster, easier, and 100% permanently? Here are some tips that I u...t, healthy, and feeling energetic all day long!1. Failure is a good thing. I know that sounded kind of weird, but let me explain. If you are doing a diet and fitness program, and you don't get the results you've wanted or you ended up feeling miserable, etc., then this could actually be something pretty helpful for you. The reason why is because this will help you learn your body and what is going to work more effectively for you to get in shape. For example, for myself, I learned the hard way that fad dieting (starving myself, reducing my carb and fat intake, etc.) wasn't doing anything for me except making me feel miserable. I later on found out that those types of diets are not effective, because they are unnatural and the body doesn't respond to them. So, if you find yourself not succeeding with your program, that is a tell-tell sign that what it is you are doing may not be natural.2. Primary and simple goal setting is critical. It's important that before you start your journey that you set your primary goal (lose 50 pounds by such and so date, etc.). This will help keep you focus and motivated. It's also important that you set small simple goals as well (sleeping for 8 hours every night for one week, etc.). Setting small goals will make it much more easier to stick to your program and ultimately reach your primary goal.3. Spread your meals out. Eating more frequently throughout the day is something that is becoming extremely popular nowadays... and for a good reason... it works! Doing this will increase your metabolism, cause your hunger pangs to decrease, and so much more! [...]

Ugh if I hear one more thing about "flushing" or "removing" toxins from one's body I'll puke up a whole load of toxin free stomach acid. This is one of the biggest frauds in modern quack-o psuedo alternative medicine out there. #1, our bodies are not normally filled with toxins, #2, if we get toxins our body has amazing abilities to flush them out all on their own (e.g. liver and kidney), and finally #3 if we get some persistent toxin in us, its very likely pocketed away in some fat cells and can't be "flushed" out using any vibration, cardio, or quack herb.
