I love how you chose the only bad review on Wal-Mart's site for the gliding discs. Everyone else who reviewed the gliding discs loves them and is experiencing actual results (including me!). That person who wrote the review you posted either got the wrong discs (in other words, they though they got the ones for carpet, but actually got the ones for hardwood floors), or they expected the discs to magically glide on their own! I think if that person had the right product, and if they put the DVD that comes with the discs into their DVD player and actually followed the workout, it would be a whole different story.
